Moving the Opening of Classes on September?

Some congressman filed a bill of moving the opening of classes from June to September to avoid the rainy season’s problem like suspension of classes due to typhoon signals. Many people have their own opinion about this bill. Many students will be affected if this bill would be approved so many of them have opinions about this bill.

This would be hard for us to adjust because we are already used in going to school by June and our vacation is April to May. Even the vacation will be extended by 1 month the students will not enjoy this because it is in rainy season and we will only be bored not doing anything at our house. If this is also approved what will happen?  This will only affect our study because it will take us long vacation and few days of classes and even they said that would be okay than have suspensions of classes during rainy season because if we think about it, the number of days of classes would be longer if the opening classes would be still June because even there would be suspension of classes it would be only 1-3 days but if they move the opening of classes on September additional one month would be added in the vacation and the number of days of classes would be lesser than the normal.
